Bradley started his career in the critical power industry 4 years ago, completing his apprenticeship at Woodleigh Power Equipment in Waterlooville. He is currently in his final year of his Mechanical Engineering BTEC HNC Level 4 at South Downs College and is due to finish this month.
Connor has been in the critical power industry for the last 18 months and is keen to extend his knowledge and experience with P & I. With Bradley and Connor’s background mainly in generator servicing, P & I will be putting them both forward for an electrical qualification. This ensures they are qualified to deal with all aspects of our business including electrical installations.
P & I invest a great deal in the training and development of their staff. Our industry is niche and to be able to grow our own home-grown talent is vital to our business as we require a multi-skilled workforce.
Having completed their week-long induction, Bradley and Connor are now equipped to start assisting our customers. They will be under the direction of Service Manager, Ashley Benfield who commented:
“Over the last three months, we have welcomed 4 new engineers to the team. It just goes to show the growth our business is seeing. I’d like to welcome both Bradley and Connor to the team and I look forward to working with them. This is an exciting time to be joining P & I.”
From everyone at P & I, we would like to welcome both Bradley and Connor to the team!
If you are interested in joining the P & I team, please visit our vacancies page for more information on the different opportunities we have available. However, if we do not have any current vacancies, we would still like to hear from you as we are always on the lookout for talented individuals.
