As financial controller, Leonie will be responsible for all of the day-to-day operations within the finance department. She will also be responsible for providing the P & I directors with essential financial analysis and insight to assist with P & I’s growth strategies.
Leonie has an extensive background in finance, including both senior management accountant and finance business partner roles. As a chartered management accountant (ACMA), Leonie joins P & I with exactly the right skillset required to push the business forward.
Commenting on joining P & I, Leonie said:

Upon meeting the people who worked for P & I and getting a general sense of the culture, it felt like it would be a great place to work. I am looking forward to the challenges of the role, providing financial analysis and insight, as well as working with everyone at P & I.”
Adhering to social distancing rules, Leonie completed her induction with operations director, Alan Blair. With essential training completed, Leonie is now set up to work remotely like her fellow colleagues within the business.
